The Outpost Bed and Breakfast Inn offers beautiful Winter Park lodging accommodations that are perfect for a mountain vacation in any season. All seven of our guestrooms include private baths, TV/VCR/DVD combos, satelite TV with HBO and Showtime, terrycloth robes and more. Our Winter Park inn also offers excellent amenities such as a wide selection of videos, a complimentary snack center and candlelight breakfasts. With an excellent variety of travel specials and getaway packages, beautiful guestrooms, luxurious amenities and a tranquil, mountain setting, the Outpost B&B is an excellent Winter Park, Colorado hotel alternative.

General Information:

• All rates quoted are based on a single/double occupancy - full capacity, taxes not included. Additional $45 per additional person in room. Children 2 years old or under are no charge. Children 3-8 years old are an additional $30.

• Minimum stay may be required.

• The Outpost is a non-smoking inn.

• We do not allow pets but invite you to share our Springer Spaniel, Mitzi.

• Check in by 4 pm.

• Check out by 11 am.

• Early or late arrival by special arrangement.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: We encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

• Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the full amount.

• Deposits will be returned for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, less a $50 cancellation fee per room.

• For cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, the Outpost will attempt to rebook the accommodations less the $50 cancellation fee per room.
  If we are unable to rebook, we will be unable to give a refund.

• Weddings and groups have a separate 60-day payment and cancellation policy.
